Rode across in the fog with a few hundred other rental bikes. Couldn't see the tops of the towers. Didn't matter.

Three miles of lake beside the path, water so clear you see the rocks ten metres down.

Half Dome going orange, then pink, then gone. Stayed for the stars. Froze.

Pushed the bike up the last bit. The bridge from above, fog pouring through the gap.
