Who runs Snufkins
Snufkins is run by one person in the European Union.
Point of contact
For everyone — members, visitors, and public authorities (including the European Commission and national regulators under the EU Digital Services Act): support@snufkins.com. Write in English or Polish. A person answers.
Reporting illegal content
Anyone can tell us about something on Snufkins they believe is illegal, with or without an account: report illegal content. Members can also use ⋯ → Report on any post, story, trip, list, comment or page. Every report gets a reference number; a person reads it — anything threatening someone's life or safety first — and the sender hears what we decided. We don't tell anyone who reported them.
If we learn of something that suggests a threat to someone's life or safety, we tell the police or the relevant authority.
How decisions are made
Moderation here is done by a person; nothing is removed or suspended automatically. The only automatic limits are on how fast an account can post, comment or sign up, to keep machines out. When we remove something or suspend an account, its owner gets a statement of reasons — what, why (which rule or which law), and the facts — with a link to appeal. A person who can reverse the decision reads every appeal. You can also take any decision to a court.
The rules themselves are in the Terms; what we keep about you, and why, is in Privacy.
